FACE DIET : 7. BABY FACE How to Tighten & Firm Facial Skin
1. Place fingers on the forehead and apply to the hairline. Repeat 5 times.
2. Use thumb and index finger pull the cheekbones to lift up the skin. From the side of nose to the temples. Repeat 5 times.
3. The thumb and index finger, pull the skin under the eye nose and twisted up. Then twist from under the eye to temples. From under the eye to the lower jaw and from under the eye to the groove cheek. Repeat 5 times.
4. The thumb and index finger pull a muscle of connected to the ear pull and twist from muscle up to the temple. Repeat 5 times.
5. Hand cold. Put the palms on face, apply gently up from the middle of face to the outer frame. Repeat 3 times.
