1. Lift Chin high. Close the mouth and smiling mouth corner.
2. Put your hand down the base neck above the clavicle tightly.Hand holding the skin up gently and then goggle look upwards.
3. Lean your head back. Hold count 1 to 30 and back to the normal position. Repeat 40 times.
Do this pose for 2-3 times a day.
