FACE DIET: 3. GET RID OF DOUBLE CHIN กำจัดคางสองช้ัน
1. Keep your chin up slightly. Divide the area to massage from the ridge jaw until the clavicle into 3 parts.
2. Turn your head to the right, starting from the skin of Part 1 from below the left ear to the right ear. Use your thumb and index finger of both hands pull the skin. To touch to the skin deep, by hand to catch the top hand hold below. Repeat 3 times
3. Part 2 start from the sternocleidomastoid muscle. Massage with the same way as step 2. Repeat 3 times
4. Part 3 Massage with the same way a step 2. Repeat 5 times
5. Take the same of 3 parts on the other side.
6. Use hand sweep from under the chin up to the ear. Repeat 5 times
7. Use both hands to fondle from behind the ear along the lines drawn by the neck to the collarbone. Repeat 5 times
