2. Apply the middle finger and ring finger down the line weight frame the face. From the chin up to the ear. And do the same on both sides. Repeat 5 times.
3. Use both palms press lines face frame from the chin to the ear. Repeat 5 times.
4. Left hand touching the skin the chin up. The right hand rub along lines of the chin to the left. And do the same on both sides. Repeat 5 times.
