HOW TO: 2. TIGHTEN LOWER EYELID WITH FACE YOGA

BENEFITS:
Strengthen the muscles around the eye socket and eyelids.
Tighten the lower eyelid eliminate dark under the eyes and hollow cheeks.

HOW TO:
1. Forefinger tapping outer canthi of the eye. Middle finger tapping inner canthi, of the eye and then press the fingertips gently roll the eyes upward.
2. Roll the eyes upward , the eye muscles move up and down rhythmically.
3. The eye up and down, picking the upper eyelid width repeat 10 times
4. Hold in position by the roll-up. Then narrowed the lower eyelid
5. Stiff hips tightly and count 1 to 40.

TIPS:
1. Do this pose for 3 times a day
2. Use the tip of the middle finger between the eyebrows, not frowning or wrinkled
fingers press the eye gently. To avoid wrinkles on the skin.
